Alton Brown is my favorite source of TV cooking entertainment and information. This site gets you to a lot of Good Eats information and will lead you eventually to AB's site, which I found less useful than the Fan Page.

Cookwise

This cookbook gives you the how and why of everything cook wise. This is a valuable asset if you want to be a better cook, not just follow recipes, although the recipes are good.

Food TV Network

No, our life doesn't revolve around food, but we do like to cook. Lotsa good recipes here. If you think too much about food check out The Weigh Down Workshop on the God page

There are a GOB of recipes here, some good, some not so good, but if you know your way around the kitchen you can figure out which is which. It is the first place I go when looking for something specific that I may have just heard about. The search engine is variable in its ability, but they do give you a Google search if they are having problems.

New England Cheesemaking Suppply

First heard about this on "The Splendid Table" on NPR. They have the supplies and knowledge to let you make your own cheese! I've always wanted to do this since reading all the pioneer books growing up, but their Mozarella Kit pushed me over the edge. I guess I'll be making pioneer pizzas, just like they used to do in the soddies on the prairie.
